Melbourne painting company Creative Strokes has unveiled plans to launch a range of minimalist pieces to the market, following client demand for pared down, subtle wall decoration. Founder Bradley Tempelhof said the collection was characterised by two key features; modernity and simplicity.

"There are deliberately only a few colours used in each painting, with the central colours being grey, cream, white, and silver. The imagery is simple as the focus instead is on colour. The soft strokes and combination of basic colours allow the paintings to 'blend in' with rather than stand out from the surrounding environment." 

The company, which launched earlier this year, specialises in 100 per cent hand painted pictures at affordable prices. Tempelhof launched the business after a fruitless search for reasonably priced, high quality paintings for his own home.

"People love to make their homes or work place look better, but they don't have the time to go out shopping for art or to get something framed. However you don't have to pay ridiculous prices for quality hand painted paintings Most of our products and services are up to 30% less than our nearest competitors."
